Child policy

Children from 0 years old up to 2 years can be accommodated with a fee in their parents bed. babycot on extra cost possible (small double room or standardroom and standard room plus not possible)

Children over 2 years will be charged with a surechare depening on the room type.

Any type of extra bed or babycot (on cost) is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

A 25% deposit is required upon booking. Mastercard, Visa, Sofortüberweisung, bank transfer and Paypal are accepted as methods of payment.

For guests arriving by car, parking spaces are available at the hotel Euro 10,00/24hours Mo-SA*(first come first serve - reservation is not possible) or a parking deck at the Römertherme Euro 2,00/per started hour right next to the hotel (as of january 2025)

DEPARTURE
We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Please return your room key card at the reception desk. Any outstanding charges should be settled at the reception by 7:00 PM on the evening before departure.

RÖMERTHERME SPA & THERMAL BATHS
Open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
(Summer season: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM)
Last admission to the pools: 9:30 PM

BATHROBES
A bathrobe and bath towel are provided free of charge in your room. On the day of departure, please leave the bathrobe in the bath bag in your room.

In case of purchase or removal of a bathrobe, a charge of EUR 40.00 per bathrobe will apply. Flip-flops can be purchased at the reception desk at cost price.

BAR
We are pleased to serve you in our lobby during reception opening hours. Our Trust Bar is available to guests 24 hours a day. Please record your consumption and leave the note at the bar. The amount will be charged to your room account.

If you have any complaints or suggestions, please contact the reception immediately so that we can address your concerns as quickly as possible.
